deuteronomy 31:6

one misconception about strength is that people believe strength lies in themselves.

and that seems to be a nice thought, until we come to the point where we realize we cannot be strong enough to hold it all together.

life is uncontrollable when we try to manage it with our fragile human strength.

but God.

He says “be strong and courageous”.

how is that possible, when we face so many circumstances bigger than we can understand? so many giants bigger than we can conquer? so many burdens that weigh too heavy?

because of who HE IS.

so, if you feel weak or broken today - remember who God is.

He is strong. He doesn’t fail. He doesn’t leave us to fend for ourselves. He knows we can’t do that. He knows we are but dust.

continue to remind yourself: He is the One who goes with you, and draw your strength from His unending love.
